If, 90 days after go-live, your business doesn’t appear in AI answers for the agreed share of the 25 customer questions we agree on, we keep working at no monthly fee until it does, as long as access, approvals and content reached us on time.
How it works.
What we measure
At the start, we agree a list of customer questions with you, for example “best orthodontist in Dubai Marina”. We ask each one in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Google’s AI, several times, and record how often you’re named. We do the same at 90 days.
What happens if we miss
If you’re not named for the agreed share of questions, we keep doing the full monthly work without charging the monthly fee until you are. You keep everything we’ve built.
The conditions
- You give us access to your website, Google accounts and profiles in the first week.
- You review and approve pages within five working days of receiving them.
- You provide the information we ask for, such as services, prices and photos.
- No major change outside our control breaks the site, like a move to a new platform or domain.
What we don’t promise
We don’t promise a number of leads, sales or a specific position in Google. Those also depend on your prices, your service, your reviews and how quickly you reply. We promise the part we control, and put our fee behind it.
The guarantee applies to all three AI visibility packages. Full terms are in your agreement.
