Who we are
Sylow AI is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, email hello@sylow.ae.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, website, company, WhatsApp number or email, and any message.
- Basic, anonymous usage data, such as which pages are visited and where visitors come from.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as your free AI check or a quote.
- To follow up once about that request.
- To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business: our website host, FormSubmit (which delivers form messages to our inbox), our email provider and our analytics provider. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UAE, with appropriate protection in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the UK GDPR if you are in the UK, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can block them in your browser settings without affecting the site.
