The short answer
In Dubai in 2026, a basic business website costs roughly AED 3,500 to 8,000, a proper corporate site AED 12,000 to 55,000, and an online store from AED 15,000 upwards. Local SEO runs about AED 1,500 to 5,000 a month. Specialist AI visibility services, mostly priced in US dollars, start around USD 1,600 a month. All figures are before VAT.
Websites
Typical planning ranges published by Dubai agencies:
| Type | Typical range (AED) |
|---|---|
| Basic business website | 3,500 to 8,000 |
| Corporate or SME website | 12,000 to 55,000 |
| Online store | 15,000 to 110,000+ |
| Custom web application | 50,000 to 275,000+ |
What moves the price: original design versus a template, how many pages and languages, who writes the words, integrations such as booking or CRM, and whether hosting and updates are included. A site that looks good but hides its text inside images or scripts is cheap to build and expensive to own, because neither Google nor AI can read it.
SEO retainers
Local SEO for a single business typically costs AED 1,500 to 5,000 a month. Packages for growing companies are often quoted between AED 4,500 and 15,000 a month, and international or e-commerce work goes higher. Most agencies ask for a minimum of three to six months.
AI visibility
This is a newer service and pricing is still settling. International specialists publish plans of about USD 1,600 and USD 3,000 a month, with enterprise work from USD 10,000. Many traditional agencies now add “AI optimisation” to an SEO package without changing much of the work.
Ask any provider to show you, with screenshots and a monthly report, which AI assistants name their clients and for which questions. That separates the real work from the relabelled kind. You can see ours in the Adi General Trading case study, and our prices are all on one pricing page.
How to judge a quote
- What exactly happens each month? Pages written, fixes made, listings cleaned, reports sent. If they can’t say, be careful.
- How is success measured? Look for a fixed list of questions tracked across named assistants, not just traffic.
- Who owns the website and accounts? You should, always.
- What if it doesn’t work? A fair provider has a clear answer, like a minimum term followed by month-to-month.
- Is VAT included? Compare like with like.
Rule of thumb: work out what one new customer is worth to you. If the service brings in one or two a month, most of these prices pay for themselves.
Questions people ask
Why do website quotes in Dubai vary so much?
Because “a website” can mean a five-page template or a custom-built platform. Number of pages, original design, copywriting, languages, integrations and who maintains it afterwards all move the price.
Is a cheap SEO package worth it?
Sometimes, for a single location with little competition. But very cheap packages often mean automated reports and thin content, which can do more harm than good. Ask exactly what gets done each month.
Are prices in Dubai quoted with VAT?
Usually not. Most agencies quote before 5% UAE VAT. Check before you compare.
